Tip Of The Week
Priorities!!!
One of the complaints that I often hear at the gyms and in casual conversations everywhere from the mall to the supermarket is "I don't have time to work out." I do sympathize with those with excessively busy schedules, but for the majority, the phrase really translates to "Working out is not my priority and I just don't feel like it." Movement (exercise) is a natural function that we minimize with our modern lifestyles. Working out is simply making up for the lack of physical activity that this lifestyle promotes. Most of us do not build, hunt or farm like our ancestors had to. Instead, we sit at desks, drive cars and shop online. Eating properly, sleeping restfully and exercising consistently are necessary functions of the human body. Neglect any one of the 3, and the system will not operate properly. Period.

Would you like to make an INSTANT improvement in your life? Then make these 3 functions priorities. Make them important! Think of the long term consquences of neglect. Think of the benefits of the pursuit of health. Read about health and fitness. Make this your new personal assignment! If you have a big enough "why", you can always figure out the "how". We will talk about the "how" in my next tip.
